Naomi Yudanin, PhD, is a healthcare technology executive with nearly 15 years of experience leading data, AI, and product development across the care continuum. As Head of Data & AI at Junction, she leads AI-enabled analytics and commercial strategy for the company’s diagnostics platform, transforming data from devices, laboratories, and clinical systems into actionable insights that drive clinical and business value.
Prior to Junction, Naomi held senior product and data leadership roles across multiple health technology organizations, where she built and scaled AI/ML-driven solutions supporting clinical innovation, operational intelligence, and improved care delivery.
Naomi earned her PhD in Systems Immunology from Columbia University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in computational genomics at Weill Cornell Medicine. Her academic research has resulted in multiple publications in high-impact journals, including Cell, Science, and Nature. Since transitioning to industry, she has been awarded over $2 million in grant funding and is a co-inventor on two patents for AI/ML applications in healthcare. She continues to contribute to the field through service on the NIH study section for translational AI and as an advisor on multiple SBIR awards and regulatory committees focused on digital health.
