The Emerging Leaders Council is a junior board of young professionals who support JASA’s older adults through meaningful service projects. As ambassadors to their communities, they highlight JASA’s work and the critical needs of the seniors we serve. ELC members include rising stars in a range of industries including entertainment, finance, real estate, sports, fashion and lifestyle, hospitality, and more.

Alana Rubenstein is the Practice Manager of the Capital Markets group at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson. Previously, Alana spent a decade working in the non-profit sector, most recently at JASA. Alana holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. in English Communications/Journalism from Yeshiva University.
Andrew Roth graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Cognitive Science and Entrepreneurship. After college, Andrew spent 4 years at Ogilvy & Mather where he focused on advertising strategy, and eventually product management. Andrew has most recently worked at Amazon Advertising for the past 5 years in business development, where he helps brands use Amazon Ad products to be more successful selling and advertising on Amazon.
Alice Ping developed her passion for volunteerism early. Inspired by her grandmother’s longtime commitment to service, she began volunteering as a High School Student and today continues to work with those in need, turning her personal passion into a purpose-driven career. She currently serves as the Senior Manager of Social Impact at Shiseido Americas, managing corporate giving and employee volunteerism. In addition to her official role, she co-leads "Women Empowering Women", one of Shiseido Americas’ Employee Affinity Groups. Alice holds a Bachelor's degree from Hunter College.
Allissa Cummings is currently the Sr. Manager of Partnership Activation at Winners Alliance. In her role, she focuses on the development, fulfillment, execution, and overall management of all sponsorship marketing programs. Prior to Winners Alliance, Allissa managed global partnerships at the NBA for brands like Gatorade, Kia, and Tissot. Allissa holds a Master's in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's in Communication from the University of South Florida.
Harold Anderson is a social impact practitioner with over six years of experience managing enterprise impact strategies and activating high-impact partnerships that drive engagement, community resilience, measurable results, and organizational accountability. Most recently, Harold worked as part of Paramount Global's corporate social responsibility team, engaging in a multitude of impact initiatives across the media entertainment industry and connecting sectors. He joined Paramount as an intern in 2019 under the CSR team as well as Nickelodeon Animation's Community Effort team. Harold has also done extensive community work with Beat The Streets Philadelphia, a sports-based youth development non-profit that he joined in sixth grade. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Chunjee Bell is a project and production management professional with over fifteen of experience in brand creative, marketing, and advertising sales production. His responsibilities have included managing information, deliverables, budgets, production staff and freelancers, assets, clients, facilities, and overseeing day to day operations while working toward long term goals. He is currently Sr. Project Manager at Nickelodeon Preschool Brand Creative.
Daniel Chazen is a Senior Vice President in Jefferies’ Not-for-Profit Healthcare Group. Daniel is responsible for coordinating capital markets and strategic advisory transactions for not-for-profit healthcare providers, including regional and multi-state health systems, academic medical centers, community hospitals, and managed care organizations. Prior to Jefferies, Daniel spent 9 years at Citi. Daniel graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in Science & Technology Studies and a minor in Business. Daniel serves as a Vice Chair of UJA-Federation of New York’s Wall Street Ambassadors.
Madisyn Dunlap is a Senior Associate in PwC’s Investigations and Forensics practice, where she specializes in accounting investigations. Her work focuses on matters involving misconduct, forensic accounting, fraud investigations, and compliance evaluations. In addition to her client work, Madisyn serves on the leadership team of the New York Metro’s Black Inclusion Network at PwC, helping to drive initiatives that promote equity and belonging. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Forensic Accounting from the University at Albany, SUNY, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Bria Feliu brings nearly a decade of experience in the sports and entertainment industry. She joined the NBA in 2016 as a Production Assistant in the Social and Digital Content Department and currently oversees the Employee Volunteer Program, contributing to various league initiatives, including those related to military activations, LGBTQIA+ advocacy, and supporting the disability and inclusion sector. Bria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Penn State University and a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Maryland.
Brett Goldberg has worked within the residential real estate industry across investment management, finance and analytics-based roles. His current role focuses on property management of apartment communities in New Jersey. Through his work, he gets to connect with and learn from peers within the industry, residents, contractors and service providers.
Scott is a Managing Director at Newmark specializing in tenant representation. He is a commercial real estate professional with eleven years of experience, focusing on long-term strategic planning and business development. This has allowed him to build a diverse client portfolio, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups. By working diligently and finding creative solutions to any challenges that arise, he provides exceptional service to his clients to achieve their goals. Scott graduated from Hofstra University with a BA in accounting and a Masters degree in taxation.
Sheley Riester is a Director on Anheuser-Busch's Community Impact team after six seasons with the NBA. Throughout her time at the NBA, Sheley has worked in the Social Responsibility and Player Programs, Team Marketing and Business Operations, and Human Resources departments. Previous to the NBA, Sheley gained experience with the Carolina Hurricanes and Durham Bulls. She graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Communications and with minors in Business Leadership and Marketing.
Gabriel practices law as an Associate in Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP's Mergers & Acquisitions Group. As part of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, Gabriel participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Gabriel received his J.D., Cum Laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Michigan Journal of Law Reform and was awarded a Certificate of Merit in Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility. Gabriel received his B.A., with Departmental Honors in Public Policy, from Stanford University.
Kydee Williams is the Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for The Walt Disney Company. Formerly, she was on the Global Inclusion Team at Paramount Global and the Manager of DEI at CBS Corporation. Williams is the co-founder of a non-profit organization, The Pop-Up Care Shop, a mobile shop of free donated goods for homeless women in New York City. She is also a mentor for Girls Write Now. Williams obtained a B.A. in Political Science from Penn State University and is based in Brooklyn, New York.
Naomi Yudanin, PhD, is a healthcare technology executive with nearly 15 years of experience leading data, AI, and product development across the care continuum. As Head of Data & AI at Junction, she leads AI-enabled analytics and commercial strategy for the company’s diagnostics platform, transforming data from devices, laboratories, and clinical systems into actionable insights that drive clinical and business value.
Prior to Junction, Naomi held senior product and data leadership roles across multiple health technology organizations, where she built and scaled AI/ML-driven solutions supporting clinical innovation, operational intelligence, and improved care delivery.
Naomi earned her PhD in Systems Immunology from Columbia University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in computational genomics at Weill Cornell Medicine. Her academic research has resulted in multiple publications in high-impact journals, including Cell, Science, and Nature. Since transitioning to industry, she has been awarded over $2 million in grant funding and is a co-inventor on two patents for AI/ML applications in healthcare. She continues to contribute to the field through service on the NIH study section for translational AI and as an advisor on multiple SBIR awards and regulatory committees focused on digital health.
