SUMMARY: Performs programmatic clerical functions to ensure agency compliance.

• Conduct satisfaction surveys.
• Generate paraprofessionals’ Attendance reports and verifies attendance.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to management including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy client filing system.
• Perform data entry, scan and filing documents.
• Run agency’s errands to post office and office supply store.
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• One (1) year related office experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate, including ability to learn and use program-specific software
• Typing speed of 50 wpm.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google suite.
• Well-developed organizational, analytical and communications skills.
• Must be well organized to track and prioritize assignments.
• Ability to demonstrate tact and persuasion when appropriate.
• Must work well in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
