Job Summary
The Compliance Manager will ensure that the Community Guardian Program operations and business transactions follow all relevant legal and internal rules. The Manager will work with management staff to help established company policies, standards, and procedures that will ensure the program functions in legal and ethical manner while meeting our business objectives.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Compliance Manager will be to:
• Work with the CGP Director, Associate Director, and Legal Team to develop and
• implement an effective legal compliance program.
• Provide supervision to social work supervisors, including developing performance evaluations, professional goal setting and ensure social services staff compliance with the contract.
• Create and enact training programs for Community Guardian Program employees, that align with company goals.
• Draft and revise company policies.
• Collaborate with external Auditors and HR when needed.
• Proactively audit processes, practices, and documents to identify weaknesses
• Represent the agency at community conferences and meetings.
• Develop and facilitates staff training sessions.
• Conduct training and unit meetings.
• Complete required case records, reports and statistics.
• Perform such other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of an Accredited College or University with a License in Clinical Social Work.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to provide professional supervision and leadership to CGP staff.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Good writing/record keeping skills.
