Democracy depends upon everyone taking part. Throughout New York City, seniors can be a knowledgeable voice for progress by becoming members of JASA's social action coalition JPAC, a grassroots senior advocacy group. At JPAC, the emphasis is on leadership, civic involvement, and advocacy. More than 130 senior organizations benefit from JPAC services that include:

- Access to local and state officials
- Newsletters and tool kits
- Public conferences
